Kenzo Ivanovitch (team leader): I obtained my PhD in Developmental Biology from University College London (UCL). During my PhD, I studied the formation of the eye primordia during zebrafish embryonic development. I became interested in heart development during my Postdoc at the Spanish National Cardiovascular Research Centre (Madrid) and the Francis Crick Institute (UK), supported by EMBO and HFSP postdoctoral fellowships. I am starting my lab in June 2022 as a British Heart Foundation Intermediate Research fellow at the Developmental Biology and Cancer Department, Institute of Child Health, UCL.
